The children in Peregrine Class enjoyed a fantastic trip to Whixall Moss.

Throughout the day, the children learned how peat forms and discovered how mammoths once roamed the area thousands of years ago. They also enjoyed pond dipping and searching for insects to support our science topic on classification.
